They better play the shit out of this one live.
This is a set closer/pre-encore all tour
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

I could imagine this opening a show too - big, open sound, and space for the crowd to warm up with the band

That's a big shot to shoot...Would be something else, though!

Wherever they're going to put Alive in the setlist, replace it with WFS

That's what' so insane: this song could legitimately close out a show on the scale of "Alive". Just bonkers.

Anyone listen to this and picture in their mind long-haired Stone grooving and skinny mustache Mike leaning back and shredding with his eyes closed? :)

Anyone get "I'm Open" vibes during that part a little bit? ;)

I don't know who Stevie is, but this is faintly like a bizarro Leash for me. The outro and post out are so innovative.

The list of pj songs I fell this hard for on first listen is very short. I can only think of 2 others, post Ten.

Hearing similarity to Hold On. Definitely in style and feel.

My cousin heard it today for the first time and immediately said "holy shit sounds like Avocado!"

Pretty sure he's hearing a similarlity to Army Reserve.

Was one of the others Sad? I have songs I love, but this one grabbed me the way Sad did, which is different from many others that I love more than this or even Sad.

Won't Tell and Waiting for Stevie are both ridiculous titles...based on the lyrics they could have been called "The Message, part I" and "The Message, part II", respectively. Pearl Jam could have gone full Arcade Fire or the Police on these lol.

I just head a thought, what if all song titles didn’t have anything to do with the lyrics but were tied to the places and circumstances of them being conceived or written?
That would be kind of cool and potentially hilarious.
