yeah, this one is climbing for me. It’s the closest you get to Yield without getting your eyes wet.

I hear it more on one particular mix. I've listened mostly on Apple Music, but I've also played a bit with the EQ settings there. Not sure which exact combo of streaming platform and settings makes it most audible, but I love it when I get it.

One time it sounded more like "C'mon!", but either way

You're telling me! I have at times felt that way about several of the songs on this album.

At any rate, if you are a The Who fan, this makes perfect sense as this is the first time Pearl Jam has just 100% perfectly dialed in that kind of rock and roll. And if you're not a Who fan but love this song that much, you should be!
