Larkspur, CO

Hopefully the Upslope & Moe's BBQ will draw a horde of zombies to this thing.

There was a creek that fucked with Ruddo's second and third shots. I was putting for par but the basket was up on a mound and I hit the rim and rolled back to where I took the shot from. Then I hit the rim again and rolled even further away. It sucked.

One of the zombies got clipped in the ear with a disc and bled out all over the place.

Here's that guy's wound:

So after this happened I thought maybe it wasn't a good idea to let people bring their kids to play disc golf in the dark. In fact, it was a pretty late night and the course is so dark outside of the glow sticks and strobe lights.

Next year we may have to rent a few lights. Also do this thing in August. It was too damn cold despite the very hot beverage waitress that was up on hole 8? or 11? Can't remember. She was dispensing hit toddys. Maple Crown Royal, oh man. Was great on a cold November night.

Yes it was! The sponsor that came up with that wonderful booth is brilliant.

I've had some pretty amazing putts (for me) over the weekend. Also, throwing at 900 ft above sea level vs 7000 ft is crazy!

I can chuck a Teebird out there pretty far here in Scottsdale, AZ.

We've played 4 courses in 2 days from Abuquerque (Baca), to Scottsdale. We've also hit a couple of brew pubs to try their IPAs.

Some photos of Baca (in Abuquerque):

These are the obstacles you get when there are no trees, I guess!

All tee pads should be this nice.

OB - this ditch is always changing due to erosion I guess.

So basically every hole on this course is sponsored by someone and they put whatever they want on their hole.

After this course we played 2 in Flagstaff and one in Scottsdale yesterday. This morning after Eric is done playing the course across from our hotel we're heading to Tuscon! Huge water trap at the course so I'm sitting this one out. lol. I can't afford to lose my best two discs.
