Re: The Running Thread
I had to skip my run this weekend because we got a plumbing issue here and I can’t take a shower or wash clothes for a couple days.

Re: The Running Thread
Well Mr. Durden…Couldn’t sleep last night. Maybe two hours. In order to not go crazy I made myself go run at 5:00. I’ve not been running much the last few months, but somehow had my longest run at 7 miles. Previous longest was 5.3ish. Still might want to die by end of the day, but my brain still needed that.

I usually find that when I feel under the weather, running helps.
Sweat it out.
Do it again, Len.

Somehow my last two miles were my fastest. Overall 11:10 pace. I'm actually very satisfied with that considering.

Man, my legs are spent. Mainly my left thigh. My neighbor and I worked in our jungles of backyards this morning and boy boy oh boy oh boy could I feel it.Bammer wrote:I usually find that when I feel under the weather, running helps.
