Speaking of feeble, I had the worst back/neck pain all day today. Couldn’t concentrate on anything.tragabigzanda wrote:spike wrote:Apparently my hearing is perfect. Pretty sure it’s due to being hunched over at the dining room table yesterday doing a puzzle for a little while.
I also saw in the news where Megan Thee Stallion is being sued by her (former?) photographer who alleges he was forced to watch her have sex with another woman in the back of a moving car and couldn’t leave.

Re: Talk about your day thread
yesterday sucked
finished my workout and as soon as i got off the treadmill my heart rate jumped to and stayed at 150+ beats a minute. got to the locker room and took my shower and headed over to work where it was now 173 beats per.
took my medicine and waited it out to 930ish but it was still high. went to the hospital and discharged at 2. I get there and things returned to normal but figured better to be safe than sorry.

thank you sir. i went to the hospital more for a precaution. this happens about once a year and my anxiety about it doesnt help. oddly enough my bp was 118/79 which i would have expected more like 150/110
I have medicine for this type of situation but am always worried about the timing of taking it. it is a beta blocker and will slow my heart down but what if i take it just as it slows down normally?

I would think the dose is small enough that it’s not going to overly slow your heart rate to dangerous levels.Peeps wrote:Higgs wrote:Look after yourself Peeps. Hope today is a better one.
