Slowly but surely getting consistent again. Last three weeks I've been building up my base. Sucks how quickly one can lose fitness.

Thanks, you too. I need to sign up for a race. Always seems to be the best motivation. Who wants to train for something in a Texas summer, though?epilogue wrote:It really does.washing machine wrote:Slowly but surely getting consistent again. Treadmill intervals. Felt nice. I still hate treadmills but I really need it when I’m trying to maintain a specific pace

Re: The Running Thread
After two weeks off, I'm starting to get back in the swing of things. Three runs this week (4.3, 3, 6.7). Need to get my legs back by 6/15.

Get it bros.
Have my annual Memorial Day 5k tomorrow that I have done basically no prep for, and I haven't put in many miles to begin with this year. My goal is to match last year's time, which I also did no prep for.
