Loving the jeans today as opposed to the plum smuggler mid-80s NBA shorts you had on the other day.

Big upgrade :nice:

The cover is sick, too. nice job
We still make records to be listened to — not that everyone will listen to a record track one to twelve in a row or side A or Side B — but we still make 'em in case somebody does want to listen to it like that, that's how we make em…

I'm gonna have the full record soon, so I'll change the outfit here and there to make it spicy.

That's what we like to hear! Keep 'em guessing!

Near the outro....before "hodling out, holding on..."

Ved sings "combing through the wreckage" and whoever is playing the lead line matches it perfectly....really the only time it happens. Fucking gorgeous.

After passively hearing Wreckage in the car and in the background at home today my wife goes "Is that a new one?" " I like that one a lot." This song scratches the Daughter, Elderly Woman, Betterman itch for her I think. She's not a fan of the big solos and screeching guitars version of Pearl Jam. Ha.

So I find this bass part odd in a good way. First off it starts and immediately he seams locked in to the main riff and the kick. Almost like he is punctuating the riff. Then the vocal melody starts and then he's punctuating the vocal melody. So my question is do we think Ed built the vocal melody around the bass or was the bass built around the vocal melody.

Ed wrote the song, so I'm guessing the vocal melody came first.

Pretty good in all the usual radio formats so far, but the charts are always a week behind so this coming Monday will be more revealing.

I'm curious if most stations are playing the full length song or the edited down version that chops off a minute or of the song. I'd imagine it's a mix.

And just under Dark Matter in terms of streaming on Spotify at the moment. I'm interested in seeing how long there will be Dark Matter songs in the top ten there.

I've only heard the edited version on the radio. Surprised me how well it works-- I almost feel like that should have been the album version too

Nostalgia for when we thought it was “wrecker” and had been played during the chiefs dolphins playoff game.

That said, this track is just so impeccably good.

This is a great song, full stop. I love it. But i'm just going to come out and say it. Right around 4:30 it should fade out. I'm sorry, this is just how I feel, and I'm right.
