One of the best things about Saratoga Springs was that one could order a mint julep at any point and not get looked at in bewilderment or simply told no.

Confirmed earlier that the rest of the board has done nothing to recruit a new member lol.
Potential new president wants to open it up to volunteers at tomorrow night’s owner’s meeting lol.
I did some Yoda shit to talk her out of it. Better to appeal to potentials individually, so you can highlight what they’d bring to the table. Ego stroking is needed.
