I was hurt when he shared my struggles with ED on the board.

He was banned because he wouldn't stop being a nuisance despite multiple request by multiple mods.

The two things are unrelated.

I have already scolded Alex privately. I believe I made him understand. I believe he will be better if he is allowed back.

I don't think Jorge should be on the scolding squad. His "scolds" definitely come with a fair amount of winks and nudges. The scolded know he is one of them
