listened to a bit of her podcast with Broken Arrow. Interesting how she approached the recording of the new album. Its still a very difficult album to me, but there are some very cool things going on.

The local museum had a free day over the weekend so I went with the family. Was pleasantly surprised to see one of Richard Prince’s nurse paintings on display — not the one used for SY’s album cover, but another unmistakably from the same series:

I mean, the record is definitely in the bottom quarter of their discography but there are a few redeeming features if you really try hard to find them.
