Pretty much all of the above other than pillow between the knees. I've done it before, but since I move around so much it never stays in place. I alternate between side and stomach sleep during the night also though.

I take sleep very seriously. Except for the whole sleep doctor recommending a cpap and me never going to try one on thing.

What’s your aversion to a cpap?

Stubbornness. But also I got busy with work and house stuff after my sleep study follow up appointment. I don't snore or wake up not being able to breathe so not sure what exactly is causing the apnea.
