A song by song comparison is interesting, but an album viewed as a whole is a different experience.
Is Rearviewmirror Pearl Jam's best release because it's pretty much all hits? (no).
Vitalogy, as a whole album, has some magic for reasons outside a song by song comparison.

And even if it didn't, all the songs are better.

In better times, the answer would have been "fuck her sister."

Not to take away from Lightning Bolt but I predict I've already listened to Vitalogy more times than I'll ever listen to LB and that pretty much sums up whether I think it's better than Vitalogy.

Here's my list (the amount of arrows relates to the distance ahead of the other song it is):

Getaway > Last Exit
MYM > STBC
Corduroy >> MFS
Tremor Christ > Infallible
Immortality > Pendulum
Whipping > Swallowed whole
Satan's Bed > LB
Aye Davanita >>>> SBM
Not For You >> Yellow Moon
Nothingman >>>> Future Days
Betterman > Sirens
Bugs > LTRP

Vitalogy - 10
LB - 2
Astoria 06, Reading 06, Wembley 07, O2 London 09, Milton Keynes 2014

Well vitalogy does have a 19 year lead on LB. I like LB more than no code but will probably never listen to it as much as no code

I think stip is enjoying the premise.

Threads made by second accounts normally have a better than average shelf life, Skitch.

Threads like this are the reason I'm going to have to check in from time to time before album 11.

This outlandish claim also caught my attention. Absurdity of the highest order!

My goodness, that's a bizarre statement.
