I don’t remember them doing it in church. Big group literally standing right next to the door tho. Always had to walk thru a cloud of smoke to get in or out.

Don’t remember anyone ever smoking inside schools. Well, outside the bathroom, I guess.

I can see Doug’s logic. You never tighten the hood with them anyway, so they’re just a nuisance that can plop into your food. Probably why they’re making them sans drawstrings now.
