Re: The Rolling Fuckin' Stones
Mick Jagger:
- did drugs
- chased women
- 81 years old and still on tour running around the stage at full speed
Joe Biden:
- worked in Government in the service of others
- settled down and had a family (yes more complicated than that)
- rode a bike
- 81 years old and thrown under the bus because he looks funny when he shuffle walks and has difficulty keeping up at least with public conversations
Be like Mick.

Re: The Rolling Fuckin' Stones
There was no better sounding shows that I've been to in my life than these 2 stones show in e Rutherford And Cleveland browns stadium. Lol. There, You could just walk down onto the floor the ushers didn't know where any seats were. They were just like "go ahead"VinylGuy wrote:How was it??

Pearl jams' sound sucked in comparison . Truly. Anybody that saw the stones and pearl jam this year care to chip in?
Omg gimme shelter. Imagine that song coming at you in surround haunting sound. Literally mind-blowing no matter where you walked . And their stage,?
Another wild , I mean these boys were not only practicing , they were doing something else have you seen any YouTube videos from this year,? --
sympathy for the devil ? The sAmba, right? the stage turned into an ancient Egyptian church with those old columns and then snakes started swirling around the columns. At the same time you can see the silhouettes of the people in the rhythm section on the one far side of the stage and you realize FUCK the whole rhythm section for Sympathy for the Devil is on the stage. And sounding just absolutely volume loud and crisp-wise perfect

Always the case unless you're in the first 10 rows.knee tunes wrote:Pearl jams' sound sucked in comparison . Truly.
E Rutherford 06 and Spectrum 09 sounded like they were projecting a boombox in an echo chamber only halfway back. Social Distortion was unintelligible.
I will never understand how that aspect alone doesn't put people off entirely.
Beer? Sex On Legs?
Hershey 03 sounded good because the venue is smaller. But there were a lot of mosquitos.
I only saw the Stones once at Giants Stadium but it was monumental and you could actually hear them, which is a plus.
