Apparently not.daft twat wrote:daft twat wrote:daft twat wrote:Could the Wolves go all the way?
I’m a hockey guy, not b-ball so I’m not heartbroken. I hate how many 3s are taken. So boring. They should reverse the rule - outside the arc is 2, inside is 3. Those are actually contested.

The Dallas backcourt is backbreaking.

How has Luka been against them this year though? Seems his wonky game is the kind that could break a well oiled defense.

Re: NBA Thread
Wolves will have to retool this summer.
Mavs Celts will be an interesting matchup. Celts have had so much success and then add Porzingis to the rotation, Mavs ask a lot of questions via their backcourt and their pick and roll actions.
Should be a great Finals series. Boston in six.

This is Minnesota. We’re gonna run it back and get the same result.zeb wrote:Wolves will have to retool this summer.

It's hard to imagine KAT still being part of the squad next season. Point guard is going to be a need very soon, Conley can't play forever.

Re: NBA Thread
Getting flogged in Boston isn't the end of the series for the Mavs but they'll need to make some adjustments for sure.
Porzingis is probably going to be a nightmare for them all series.

Perhaps not all series. No idea why Psycho Joe kept him out there for 6 or 7 plays after he hurt himself today.zeb wrote:Getting flogged in Boston isn't the end of the series for the Mavs but they'll need to make some adjustments for sure.

Love JT and JB driving hard at Luka constantly. The rest of the Mavs have to show up at some point too.
Its nice watching a Celtics team that I for once don't actually expect to crumble down the stretch (thank god for Jrue Holiday and D White).
Also, I want this shirt:

Jrue is the glue. He is missed in Milwaukee.Higgs wrote:Perhaps not all series. No idea why Psycho Joe kept him out there for 6 or 7 plays after he hurt himself today.zeb wrote:Getting flogged in Boston isn't the end of the series for the Mavs but they'll need to make some adjustments for sure.

Re: NBA Thread
If Kyrie can't get it done then this might not last five games. Boston is just deeper and better drilled, and Tatum might get himself a Finals MVP out of it.
