How accurate is your internal clock? If you had to count off 30 seconds, how accurate would you be compared to a stop watch?

I don't know but I have the uncanny ability to wake up within 2 or 3 minutes of when my alarm is meant to go off

I tried this once when I was much younger and thought i was pretty accurate. I wonder if it's still accurate.
