disclaimer: I only watch 1.5 episodes of this show, then gave up (star wars ranking: r1 > andor > empire > new hope > jedi > bunch of noise)

The first three minutes of this sounds a lot like conservative media did about five years ago on a variety of topics, bemoaning the loss of something special from the past that they can't quite put a finger on but sense this collective cultural experience is being intentionally degraded and replaced... which sounds a lot like dark sentiment from central Europe about 100 years ago.

The one thing the defenders and the frustrated always seem to agree on is that Star Wars / Star Trek / Jurassic Ghost Busters / etc is special and should be continued on into the future, which is why they’re both wrong.

Welll that was fuckin awesome. All of it.

Knew the main bad would be your man. But he’s fascinating and well written and performed better than your usual sith.

This show just got really good

Best ep so far. I'm glad we have Day and Night out now so we can watch it as one episode (which is how it was written). Together they make an outstanding hour of SWTV.

Still some super clunky dialogue, though. Still, not a deal breaker by any means.

Legit got emotional when Jecki bit it... RIP :peace:

Can’t think of better lightsaber fights / choreography in any Star Wars than that episode.

And it looked and felt like a proper fight not choreographed
