I know it sounds cynical, but there's a part of me that wonders if, while someone is definitely sick, perhaps they're using it to back out of undersold shows and get the insurance claim covered.

Appears to be plenty of unsold tickets for the upcoming Barcelona shows, this is just the first night of two:

When you look at the actual availabile seats it's miniscule. Been trying to get decent seats since London cancellation and there are barely any at a good price in barca.

People also said the Ireland and Manchester shows were going to be a disaster due to sales. Then the shows happened and they were virtually completely full.

Btw, I'm not sure if it's COVID or whatever but hopefully this is a wakeup call to Ed that he needs to take care of himself. He's getting older and there's something to be said here about taking a step back to see if he can still do these tours.
