Re: post here when you have a bone to pick
had a horrible dining experience at a restaurant on vacation Friday and picked a boner with the owner after he replied to the one-star review I wrote online. Turns out he seems like a really great guy. Says he was away for a funeral and can't find reliable staff to fill in when he's away. We were overcharged for the wrong food and he's going to issue a refund. I thanked him and told him he has my sympathy because I might want to own a restaurant one day, but will actually probably go with a food truck instead to keep it more manageable. Can't trust anyone.
I took down my review and feel much better now. Picking a boner worked out this time.

Re: post here when you have a bone to pick
I'm not sure what it is honestly but yeah it's probably pretty light. I did go fishing yesterday at my home lake and didn't have a lot of luck. Too hot lately. Only got about six pretty small ones and ate them anyway because we were hungry for fresh fish.doug rr wrote:when you're out fishing for blue gills are you just using a 4-6 pound test line?tree_ wrote:no but i will bring my pole next time.. saw lots of neat fish in the crystal clear waterdoug rr wrote:did you go fishing?tree_ wrote:canoe trip, which was an awesome 5 hours, but everything else suckeddoug rr wrote:did you go fishing?tree_ wrote:the bed and breakfast we stayed at was... beyond words... ridiculous ... i can't even get into it
