had a horrible dining experience at a restaurant on vacation Friday and picked a boner with the owner after he replied to the one-star review I wrote online. Turns out he seems like a really great guy. Says he was away for a funeral and can't find reliable staff to fill in when he's away. We were overcharged for the wrong food and he's going to issue a refund. I thanked him and told him he has my sympathy because I might want to own a restaurant one day, but will actually probably go with a food truck instead to keep it more manageable. Can't trust anyone.
I took down my review and feel much better now. Picking a boner worked out this time.

when you're out fishing for blue gills are you just using a 4-6 pound test line?

I'm not sure what it is honestly but yeah it's probably pretty light. I did go fishing yesterday at my home lake and didn't have a lot of luck. Too hot lately. Only got about six pretty small ones and ate them anyway because we were hungry for fresh fish.

I don't know. If you cook and season it right pretty much anything is delicious
