My local grocer sold, they have added an additional beer cooler and just added cigarette stacks behind register one... not happy about this.

Aldi for shelf staples and snacks.

HEB (or whatever your regional grocer happens to be) for meat and weekly produce.

Farmers markets and mexican meat markets for date night cooking and backyard grilling.

Asian supermarkets beat all when in doubt.
