O, I got a zoo, I got a menagerie, inside my ribs, under my bony head, under my red-valve heart—and I got something else: it is a man-child heart, a woman-child heart: it is a father and mother and lover: it came from God-Knows-Where: it is going to God-Knows-Where—For I am the keeper of the zoo: I say yes and no: I sing and kill and work: I am a pal of the world: I came from the wilderness.

We are staying in Bologna for 3 nights in September. It is apparently the world headquarters of bologna (surprisingly enough).doug rr wrote:mortadella is a beautiful thingwease wrote:I’ve had it with breakfast every morning Ive been In Europe except yesterday.doug rr wrote:I wouldn't mind carrying around some mortadella in my pockets
Also major centre for parmesan cheese and has 2 Ferrari museums too.
Very much looking forward to this stop, as are my tastebuds.
Related piece of awesomeness - wiffey booked the accommodation here and it is called "Sweet Home Bologna". She's a keeper this one.
Free boops today.
