A Quiet Place: Day One

This moved me way more than I expected or was ready for. Might be the best on the franchise.

Yes. There's a scene where a medical truck full of cadavers starts dumping bodies into the highway.

Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes.

A half hour too long, but gorgeous to look at and serviceable as a set up for a new trilogy.

Requiem for a dream is still great. Kind of a bummer though. Not the perfect date night movie but nonetheless I was still proud of my choice
