It's the place to be now that Spike has left.
this town went to shit while he was here. crime was up. crappy mayors. we had to deal with covid. and the list goes on . . .
Happy for you, sad that happened.

I’ve got all the doings to make a Chicago beef in my kitchen.

I just went and got some Irish beef (stewing beef / chuck) and some nice French bread.

I’m gonna make my own.

You won’t believe what thread I posted this in

Jesus Christ

Anyways

there's a major hole in this show nobody has mentioned.

Theyve kept the side door open to sell the beef sandwiches and has been pointed out this season, it's the only aspect of the premises thats making money.

thing is, you never see the beef or any of it getting made? do they have a separate kitchen? no they dont.
there'd have to be someone there all hours slow cooking the beef for the next day.
Yet we see Carmy and co cleaning up the kitchen end of day a few times, and no beef being made!

that's been annoying me so it can annoy you too now.

Ooof. That scene was dumb as hell, sorry.

Also, there was a bit of bonding with Marcus (legacy chat) and Gary (reflecting on his time as an athlete). But I do get what you mean.

Sorry for the ackchyually dump.

Nah, Marcus wasn't one-on-one.

Ackchyually, I don't give a shit. But I agree that this season was a step down.
