I'd imagine Trump is having buyer's remorse on JD Vance now. Last week the calculus was: Let the Democratic vote depress itself, we'll stoke ultra-conservative engagement with Vance. Now it's a completely different equation, with the Dems getting fired up and ready to go on the attack.

I believe Biden needs to resign. If he dropping out because all of a sudden he can't beat Trump that is very dangerous moving forward.
