I don't think that matters. Logan is more important to this movie than either Deadpool movie.

Other movies that are good to have seen before:
Spoiler: show
Fantastic Four (2005)
Blade
Daredevil (2003) or Elektra
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
Loki, Season 1
But those are just so you'll get all the cameos.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

And also I made it a point to get to the theater to see Logan and Jackman's send-off to a character he played for decades, thought it was a great film and very fitting. This return, while I totally get it thematically in the MCU and how much Reynolds pestered Jackman before signing on, it still bugs me.

I saw it because I have dumb friends. No one wants to go see the new Ryusuke Hamaguchi joint with me, but we have tickets for Deadpool weeks in advance

It was ok, if you don't find this sort of thing insufferable (I don't think I do, but I also absolutely don't find it funny, I could've sat stone-faced through the whole thing but I didn't want to seem rude). It was a Deadpool movie

I saw it. It's trash. Bottom of the barrel. Less a movie and more like little kids mashing a bunch of action figures together. Crazy unfunny, features some of the worst action scenes I've ever seen*, and the whole thing reeks of Axe Body Spray and Spencer's Gifts.

Was it? I mean Deadpool was in it, but it felt like it wasn't his movie. It wasn't Wolverine's either. It was sort of like Space Jam: A New Legacy. A film about the concept of IP.

*I actually really enjoyed the Nsync sequence at the start and thought "okay, this might actually be a good time." Unfortunately no
Spoiler: show
The Wolverine mask looks like shit, it's no wonder they never brought it to live action before

I'll admit that I didn't laugh out loud very much, but I thought the fight scenes were a lot of fun.

The cameo fight was a bit lame, and the first DPvW fight was short.

But the second DPvW fight and the final fight were a ton of fun. I just don't understand what the bus was doing there.

Shawn Levy is a very shitty director so i expect the fight scenes to be as good as a sudden diarrhea attack on a park full of people.
