I banged the back of my head on the corner of the fireplace around 45 minutes ago and I do not feel good

I feel awful today. Gassy, kinda light headed, and my neck and shoulders are killing me.

And of course this happens when I’m solo parenting til tomorrow afternoon. At least I got our smart TV hung and working, so the kid can watch all the gymnastics highlights she wants tonight while I lick my wounds.

Yeah I don’t know what the heck threw me so off. I woke up okay, but after an hour up I started declining. I walked the kid to school somehow, then laid on the couch all morning til the locksmith showed up to re key our front door. I had a day sort of like this when we last visited in March, so perhaps there’s still something with Aussie food that throws me once in awhile.

Meat pies, sausage rolls, fish n chips, curry sausage… it’s all heavy stuff. But last night we just had some Turkish bread smeared with burrata and balsamic and a salad, so who knows.

Right after eating lunch I felt absolutely exhausted, then slept for 4-5 hours.

I’ve felt “off” the last two days. And I don’t really know how to describe it. Just not right.
