i usually only do 3 cups of coffee in the morning now at bfast and then have lunch at like 11:30 ish

tossed some chili crisp in an omelet and folded it into sandwich size. topped it with ham and cheese, and put it between two pieces of toast. deliciousness.

thought of dad on our vacation, when an older couple at the adjacent table ordered oatmeal to start their days. then when the old man finished, he ordered a full english breakfast.

i've been coming across reels and such of hot honey and eggs recipes. i like both these things, but after two go's, i don't think they're anything special together.

went for a nice walk in the 35 degree cold this morning and on the way home I stopped at the pastrami king guys place and had a big hot bowl of split pea soup
