I made sure to secure lodging for this one right away once I knew I was in, I've been screwed here before, so I'd advise anyone else to do the same.

Jeff typically does the set lists for MT shows, so probably he put this together ahead of time so Ed had a chance to veto/move things around where warranted. I don’t think it’s indicative of their regular MO.

It's been confirmed that setlists are created in advance. Eddie said he wrote all the 2015 at once (on the flight to the first show, I think). They could be revised or rewritten the day of, however. In the past, they never circulated online in advance. Day of maybe. Not a fan of this.
