Have they been jamming the RVMs this year?

Cool Pearl Jam selections. 5 covers in the encore, though, really takes some of the shine off the setlist.

There were two songs I wanted.

Not For You because I’ve never gotten it in 8 shows (and thought I probably could get it)

And Glorified G because it’s the only Vs song I haven’t got (though WMA was a tag). I didn’t think I had a chance at this

It made my night that I got both!! I WAS SO HAPPY. and both sounded great

The main set was even better than last night though the encores were so strange. So many covers. A better encore set could have made this like the best I’ve been to but it was still great

In the running for my favorite show of the 30 (alcohol-aided). So thankful. Not sure I can avoid attending another show...

Oh yeah and one thing that is clear to me between both nights is that oddly the crowd just did not seem to know or respond to the dark matter songs at all. Nobody really sang along and waiting for Stevie just had everybody sitting down. I’m shocked at msg of all places nobody seemed to know it.

Awesome show. Night and day difference with last night

Interesting what did you think the difference was ? I thought both were great but did think the main set here was really special.

The pace. Hard-charging with no early momentum-sapping dips in the setlist.

Betterman in the second slot was awkward. Running, LBC, inside job, imagine are songs I am NOT into. Even Flow into OOMM to MYM felt like someone learning to drive a stick. Tonight the DM songs shined. Can’t wait to hear this version of Stevie again. The covers were good this time. Nice version of Patr iot and Song of Good Hope was beautifully sung by Ed. RITFW was a blast with Glen band looking just so happy up there. Matt surrendering the drums to Glens drummer was a nice touch as well

We are currently watching forklifts load the band's gear on semis. We just waved to Klinghoffer.

I agree the covers individually were great. I do wish the encores were different though I thought the encores were better last night. If you threw in a few more pearl jam songs like I dunno….red mosquito…it would have been perfect. I felt the eclectic nature of last night was fun but the energetic nature of tonight was also amazing especially at the beginning and end of the main set. I wouldn’t change a thing about the first set just think the encores kinda hurt the momentum instead of putting it over the top lol.

Still a phenomenal show. But last night was good too. Either way I’m satisfied with not for you and glorified g.

That's gonna be a hindsight nitpick for me. In the moment, I was all in.
