Yeah, I got it live once. Not THAT good. Thats ok, I will stop listen to this bootleg on Baba O'Riley. Just personal taste. Anyway, hope everyone enjoyed what looks like a great great setlist.Birds in Hell wrote:Man, Indifference beats the pants off either Mehlow Ledbetter or Setting Ho Hum.Johnny Turner wrote:There werent many ways to ruin the perfection of this set, but playing Indifference instead of YLB (or Setting Sun) was one of them. That's quite a take. YLB should always be reserved for the last show in a city. It's a good-bye song.

While we're at it, I could happily never hear the band play Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns again.

Anybody else think Indifference is a downer for a show closer?
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

FWiW Mike put on a Les Paul after indifference and looked fairly disappointed they didn’t play another song.

i'm not sure i'm going to be able to sleep after that. i think this was #23 for me, and this was as good a pearl jam show as ive ever seen. how do they keep doing this?
i know EV gets shit for talking too much, but the story he told before dedicating Given to Fly to Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau, the two hockey players who were killed by a drunk driver not far from Philly, was really moving. the whole show was great though, these guys were on fire.

Setting Sun is really good, but I'll always take Indifference over YL.Birds in Hell wrote:Man, Indifference beats the pants off either Mehlow Ledbetter or Setting Ho Hum.Johnny Turner wrote:There werent many ways to ruin the perfection of this set, but playing Indifference instead of YLB (or Setting Sun) was one of them. They're saving it for Baltimore. So much edging.
