I was referring to the "power-drunk scumbag" line, considering all the shit Tyreek has done or been accused of. But uh, yeah man, just roll down the window like the cop said, so he doesn't have to worry about you. Not that hard. Not a big deal. Pretty sure it's police protocol at that point to detain the person, if only temporarily.
