More likely they consider him a friend, and like good friends, wouldn’t throw him to the wolves for something obviously negligent, but not intentional.

Josh definitely should face the full extent of the law for this. But it’s not like he’s Harvey Weinstein here. I’d think even less of the band if they canned him over this.

If he hasn't been criminally charged yet, what are the chances he would be? He's facing a civil suit. Don't those usually come after a criminal trial has run its course?

Criminal charges usually come before civil.

From a band that has pushed morality so hard for so many years, it would be nice to get an official statement.

Im also confused and surprised that they haven't reacted to this. I didn't know about it until recently. He actually killed somebody because he was texting while driving? I know Eddie Vedder is not the moral police but as hes somebody who clearly has a big heart and cares about people Im just shocked he can somehow look the other way so easily?
