Watching the CBS Sunday Morning segment about the band just made me realize as Gen X growing up with this band, we’re the old people now.

The show is very good, but as a kid this was always the show for our parents or old people.

We’ve been the old people for a while now.

Papa and Mema Wease call it “their” show, so it’s still for our parents or old people!

I was waiting for my mom to text me that PJ was going to be on the show but she forgot.

I can’t believe my dad didn’t text me.

Same....my dad has made it a point to watch this boring show for decades. Even when he was at church he'd record it on vhs and now though current means. Heard those stupid horns blaring weekly. I can't believe he didn't tell me he saw it. He must have fell asleep during the segment.

$10 says my dad has it on his dvr and is waiting for me to come down to show it to me.

What I thought was food poisoning turned out to be a genuine health scare last week, and I’m still recovering. My mom called Saturday and didn’t so much as ask for an update…she just wanted to let me know she saw Pearl Jam on the cbs morning show.

Yeah i was thinking that. It's one of the band's few absolute stinkers IMO but this sounds OK.

I've never played the video game (or watched season 1 of the show) but this is going to be interesting. The song is essentially worked into the storyline itself so it's probably going to get a bump in popularity from this. More so than just an appearance of a song in a show. They work it into the actual plot and fabric of what is happening.

Yeah it's not a bad song once you nearly down out the vocals complete and remove basically all the instruments.

Completely agree. There are the bones of a good song there. Too bad for the album they put a bunch of weird crap on those bones.
