I literally laughed out loud at the Hitler joke in Update.
But that was probably the only legit one.
Cold opening was fine; Gaffigan as Walz was spot on casting. But Bowen as Vance? Maya Rudolph’s Kamala was spot on though, as was Dana Carvey’s Biden.

Ditto.
The Real Housewives skit also had this one that got me:
Spoiler: show
- Your husband made a pass at me at the Kentucky Derby.
- That’s ’cause he thought you were a horse, bitch!
Should be a fun run of shows happening next.

I bailed on the cold opening. Pretty u funny.

Textbook and Spirit Halloween sketches were pretty good.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Have they announced future cameos?

yeah, Lorne said they'll be going hard on cameos all season to celebrate their 50th
I don't mind that. Spread them out and let the Anniversary show be tight and mighty.

oh i think the cameos are a great idea for this season. I just think it's dumb to put three new people into the cast at the same time.
SNL has had too many cast members for years. Nothing new.

But they also lost 2 or 3 people from last season.

Outside of the political open it was a silly, lighter in tone show than usual. If you like those it was fine. Nothing new or standout but enjoyable enough.

We were surprised they brought Washington back too. It was good, but not as good as the first one.

Golf was fantastic. Absolutely hilarious.

Burger Challenge was great.

Haha. At the closing, Bargatze yelled Vanderbilt beat Alabama!

Jesus Christ, Coldplay was terrible.
