Why is it so hard to find some decent queso in grocery stores? Wtf this is Texas for the love of god. I don't ask for much.

i will never forget the time i tried asking for queso in a Mexican restaurant in Chicago, circa 2000, and had to explain to the server what it was, and then watched as she brought me a ramekin with barely melted shredded cheese.
