I think I was grinding my teeth so hard last night I woke up with a tooth ache. It seems to be gone now.

Terribly. Went to bed around midnight, kid came into our room at 4:45, then I woke up about 20 times til finally giving up just before 8:30am.

I was editing a video last night and suddenly got a cool idea to try, an editing thing that I thought could work to make the video better. I got pretty excited about it and next thing I knew it was 8 AM and the video turned out great but I hadn't slept a wink. I couldn't go to bed because I had plans so I was a zombie all day.

Stayed up til midnight watching Norm MacDonald YT clips cuz I needed some me time, then kid woke up at 2am scared and wanting to hop in the bed. I slyly transitioned to her bed, but didn’t nod off til 4am. Thankfully, she slept in til close to 9am, since I guess she was tossing and turning too, so I’m not too shitty today.

I honestly feel like I haven't actually "slept" in two weeks. I am so tired all the time lately.

I’ve actually slept better these past 2-3 weeks than I have in a long time. But I’m still just bone tired all the time. It’s all I can do to make it thru the day awake.

Terribly the past two nights at the in-laws. A combo of sharing a queen bed, shit pillows, and our kid waking up in the night. The hot nights don’t help either. Might give the bed in the granny flat a try next time we stay. So tired.

slept well, until 3:22 am when my son woke me up saying he needed my authorization for him to pull funds from his Apple Pay to buy the Nintendo Switch 2 that Target just restocked. I told him to just use my credit card and he can pay be back. I wasn’t upset. But I never got back to sleep. and we’re supposed to be downtown tonight for the Kendrick show, and then back in the car tomorrow at 7 am for a 4 hour in-and-out trip (8 hours total). I’m going to be a puddle.
