I think the song you're searching for is classified as "edge of the bed."

Jonathan Cohen tweeted an instagram (social media!) of them rehearsing with acoustic guitars and Mike singing background.

I'm ok with them playing Sirens. Should play well for a TV setting.

Thats like, woa, man. Its Alive. Its part of the reason we are all fans, no? Sure, Mikes wankery on recent stuff can get old but its that little meathead/nerd Mike playing alive :\
Could you just shorten this stuff to "how can you not like the things that I like a lot," in the future?
Did you not like Mike's contribution to Alive originally?

Good. I want the whole world to know that song. When I get to LA I want the entire arena sobbing like little women. All the big fat sweaty Jamily singing and sweating along with the Hollywood celebrities an LA hipsters.

I'd rather Pearl Jam reach mega-stardom with Sirens than FD.

I'm also finding the sudden Alive bashing really funny.

I don't think anyone's surprised, just curious why he sounded certain that it would be played.

The non-fan world isn't, and that's almost certainly why it's being played. I guess there's only so much you can expect from TV shows.

Looks like they could be playing anything and just rehearsing. PJ just facespaced this:
