Tony's incestuous and violent overprotection of his sister to the point of murder and self-destruction is far more compelling than Carlito's sappy, tragic romance with glass-of-skim-milk Penelope Ann Miller.
I'm fairly certain that Pacino's performance in Scarface left an indelible mark after watching those two VHS tapes the first time. Carlito's Way hasn't gotten a second thought since home video release.

Marty Supreme is an upcoming American sports drama film written and directed by Josh Safdie and starring and produced by Timothée Chalamet. It also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Tyler, the Creator, Odessa A'zion, Penn Jillette, Kevin O'Leary, Abel Ferrara, and Fran Drescher.

fascinating stuff
The Rock/Emily Blunt is the least appealing romantic pairing since Tom Cruise/Emily Blunt and I do not blame Emily Blunt for either one

Hey, Edge of Tomorrow is a very entertaining movie, so it wasn't that bad.

Part of the problem is that while The Rock and Tom Cruise are both charming and charismatic, they are NOT sexy.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Think they just told Rock "you play yourself, but you have a brief addiction to painkillers"?

I still believe in Ridley. Covenant was really good (don't @ me), just marketed poorly. He can bounce back.

But at this stage it looks like he'll be producing, so maybe Fede still retains the big chair.

Weird choice for the script i guess. She directed an episode of Industry, which was ok, but not sure about her writing this one.

I do feel is cool she is doing something different for once.
