I think they have a specific problem in mind. You notice it doesn't say specifically what the problem is. If you complain about something other than they specific problem you're probably out of luck.

It's like saying you found someone's wallet and the person has to describe it to get it.

I know we're speculating because we don't know exactly how they're going to handle this yet, but I still hate this type of approach when it comes to these things. EVERY time I've had a problem with a record I've had to offer 0 proof to get it replaced. I've simply tweeted or emailed the record company and within a reasonable amount of time they've simply asked for my address and sent me a new copy. No artwork involved, just a new disc in a white sleeve. Perfect. The only time I've ever been asked to take time out of my day to go wait in line in at the post office for them to fix their mistake it was with the Ten Club.

Mine was a damaged gatefold package.

Just part of the next ten club scheme. Assuring everyone opens their copy to "test" it so they can do a limited edition rerelease later on for the "keep it sealed" crowd.

I ordered the day they went on pre-sale. So now I went from pre-album excitement, to disappointment that I'm waiting weeks for a defective album that's going right back in the mail.
