New trailer. While it looks competently made, it still doesn’t feel like Star Wars to me. Waiting at the principal’s office? Ugh.

It’s a massive galaxy. There has to be schools and families with normal kids who aren’t fuckin gifted with force powers or orphaned and alone, somewhere in the galaxy.

Sure but Star Wars is a galaxy far far away and a long time ago. Full of escapism, magic....it's not supposed to be like our world.

Ill still watch because i love star wars but this will be a fart in the wind

I finally got to watch the trailer.

I think it looks awesome. VFX look great. Fun adventure story akin to the kind I loved when I was a kid. Jude Law is awesome. I'm pretty excited to see it.

Star Wars, I think, should be viewed as a buffet. Some folks want pancakes. Some want omelets. Some want a frittata. Some want fruit and pastries. Some want waffles. Some want one of every category.

All of it's good. I think it's awesome that fans have so many options at the SW buffet.
