I ordered Lazaretto from Third Man. It was never delivered. I let them know and they said, "fuck you, dude, sorry 'bout it."

So I don't own Lazaretto on vinyl.

The record looks pristine, but the first track skips right way and won't play. So I dropped the needle on the second track, and I can't figure out what the music is, but it absolutely NOT Lazaretto. And then that started skipping.
Side B plays fine.

I always enjoy hitting record shows, or record stores when I'm out of town, but I'm going to have to stop doing that for a while. Because now I got stuck with two problem records that I can't even return.

Since my favorite record store in town in shutting down, I guess I'm all Amazon for a while.
C’mon B, try it again after watching the video.

Holy shit! How, in God's name, is a person to know this nonsense? I almost threw the record away.

Look, sometimes it's a good one, and sometimes it's a shitty one... But the "Ultra LP" is definitely an experience.

Had found someone selling their copy locally - apparently it's missing one of the sleeves, but the vinyls are still good. Been watching this copy for a while, but never pulled the trigger. When my wife asked what I wanted for Christmas - she got the usual 'I pretty much have everything I want' response - then I remembered this
"I really enjoy sandwiches but the other guys are so good at making sandwiches that I don't make them. Now I make sandwiches."

Just got the Janelle Monáe album The Age of Pleasure on ruby-red vinyl

It's a beautiful gatefold with a huge picture of her tiddies!
