I’d go bananas for Fuckin’ Up.
I'm again pretty happy with the setlist. Think it's been two good ones so far, I haven't looked at sets much this tour so hard to know if fairly standard or not. I am pretty happy to hear any of the new tracks live at least once. React Respond is a better song live, I though Running might be too but not sure it was tonight.
One big thing tonight was none of the call respond stuff that was all over the Gold Coast show.

It was a great show. Some of the 06 shows were brilliant, Melbourne and Brissie.WtOB? wrote:the post-gig high is still in full swing but that's probably the best show i've seen.
This show beats Gold Coast, partially because it didn't have a thunder storm stuff us around.
I think the band were up for it. Eddie talking about Mike and then Boom saying it was a big gig.
That close out after the encore was fucking great.

Best part of it being a great gig. For me.
I haven't told my boss I am in Melbourne and won't be at work Monday or Tuesday.
So if I get in trouble or become suddenly unemployed it'll be worth it.

Excellent show, one of the best I’ve seen
happy to get hail, hail
First time I’ve actually enjoyed the song dark matter
eruption > wreckage was the only part where I got the “Pearl Jam is a bit shit” feeling
Garden was a highlight they played it with a real groove
Actually Stone was groovin all night and all his solos were great
My boy Josh k got the real drum pattern going on for in my tree
Mind your manners was alright live because the drums sounded good
moron shouted along to the whole lyrics to wishlist in my ear
Not for you guitars were a bit wimpy but it was still good
Inside job sounded like Ed was being auto tuned up in pitch and sounded very strange .. otherwise the band played it well, i was happy to hear any s/t as i got 2006 tour nostalgia
Overall it exceeded expectations even though the setlist was a little safe, I enjoyed all the hits,
Hopefully some binaural/riot act Monday night

Saw the show in GC with my 2 kids and wif(f)ey. Was fucking excellent. I have an epic "finding a place to piss before my bladder literally ruptured" post show story, but that's for another time.

yes!
People questioned my Philly review and how much of it focused on the club area having ample clean restrooms within meters of my location with no wait time

Great show. Band looked real happy to be back in Oz.
Inside Job took me back to NYC in 2006, sounded top notch.
Pretty great setlist all round, actually fairly similar to NYC night 2.
Was 2nd from the front in front of Mike and the crowd behind us was immense.
One of the top shows I’ve been to. Bring on Monday!

Also the setup for Ten Club tix at Marvel was pretty great. Staff were also awesome. Very well organised.

Any chance you’d run your ranking horizontal in your signature? I mistake it for a setlist post all the time.greendisease wrote:Great show. Band looked real happy to be back in Oz.
