Gotham is basically a fusion of Chicago and New York in this, no? Kinda makes it easier to believe.

I like how the worse things get Penguin seems to get more excited and happy. The end made me laugh he seemed to be loving it.

It has been a second but I feel that was the same in Batman Returns.

Finally got around to episode 4. I love this show.

Mildly bummed they couldn’t get Turturro. I’m a Strong fan but I love what JT did as Carmine in the movie.

Definitely Tony. He's also got a cold-blooded weirdo for a mother.

Theo Rossi (Dr. Rush from Arkham) is not a good actor. And his character is so poorly written. Definitely a weak link in an otherwise excellent show.

Thought the same thing. He always has a weird face like he's trying not to laugh.

Sounds like he didn’t like the script:

*applause*

Probably the most predictable sequence of events we could've gotten but it was no less riveting because of it. Great stuff.

I bought into all the Sopranos comparisons and tried this today. Made it about 45 minutes into episode 1. Does it get better? It just felt so goddamn dull. Penguin goes someplace and has a tense, boring conversation. Then he goes to another place and has another tense, boring conversation. Then he goes to a third place and has yet another tense, boring conversation. Over and over. Fuck, man
