A Different Man was good, if you can find it. Escape at Dannnemora was recently added to.Netflix. It's great

The latter is a show. And I have seen it.

Escape at Dannnemora is one of the best TV miniseries I've ever seen.

Whenever there's active promotion on the part of somebody else, whenever I see somebody all dolled up for a fancy photograph and someone's handing out flyers or whenever there's active promotion for something like that, as an imposition on my day, I hate all those people and I want them to fail. I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Well here’s the thing…the original Gladiator is a pretty mixed bag. In our memories it’s awesome, but everything that happens outside the coliseum is pretty hokey.

I thought Crowe was such a baller actor back then too. He is good, but not to the level I used to think.

At least the first one had memorable performances from Crowe, Phoenix, Oliver Reed, and some of the side characters. Denzel is pretty good in the new one, but everyone else is forgettable.

Pascal needs to stick to Mando and The Last of Us, where he has minimal speaking lines.
