Trying not to overrate. Middle of the pack seems like a good spot though. Not an incredibly strong group honestly.
Your bottom 5 and top 6 are the same grouping but in different order. And I think the top 6 are top notch and the bottom 5 are okay.

I caught first singles from Riot Act to now. So I mostly ranked them by songs I enjoy the most and by relevancy to the era they announced...

Go (clear departure from the Ten sound, no pun intended)

Nothing as it seems (way to start new millenium !)

Given to fly (kind of a « return to form », aka Arena rock)

Spin the black circle (playful, kind of joyful single)

Who you are (totally different from the past three albums)

Dance of the clairvoyants (one of the most interesting. could have happened sooner...)

I am mine (great song. At the time, I was really excited for the album as it was my first « new album »)

Alive (classic)

World Wide Suicide (good rocker, but started to feel like a formula. I had attended a 2005 concert and it sounded weird, not translating the live feel of the shows of that era, or the space in the Binaural and Riot Act recordings)

The Fixer (pop, positive, but I lost track of them at the time)

Mind your Manners (one of the songs I like the most on the albums. Lack interesting production. Could have been I cool nod to Spin the black circle).

I can’t rank these right now. This is the most excited I’ve been about new PJ in almost 20 years. I don’t know where that ranks right now, but I can unequivocally say fuck Can’t Deny Me, MYM, Fixer, WWS, and I Am Mine. This new song is better than all that shit. Binaural or better from here out.

Not a bad group of songs for the most part, but the only one I really love is Go.

Overall, I’d give them a grade of B- on their choice of first singles.

They're kinda bad at picking first singles, huh. Aside from Go and DOTC, there were stronger singles to follow.
