Will & Grace has made me laugh a few times. I really like Megan Mullally and her relationship with her maid.
HIMYM very much in the Friends camp for me of "I don't see how people laugh at this"

The hit rate for Monty Python is really low. If you pick and choose the best sketches it can be pretty funny, but trying to watch the actual episodes is torturous.
I do think the movies hold up pretty well, though.
