But this part of the article I read made me so sad.

It's sad for his family, especially right before Christmas, but I wonder how many other families have been left grieving this year due to UHCs policies

The gun jammed on him but he calmly corrected the problem and fired, apparently. Then jumped on a Citi bike and took off. Definitely planned, but not sure if it is disgruntled insured person or the Jackal hired by a rival.
