Had bloodwork done yesterday. Not good. I’ve really let myself go.

High triglycerides
Slightly high non-HDL cholesterol
Low HDL (good cholesterol)
Low LDL (bad cholesterol)
High glucose
High A1C
Low vitamin D
Slightly low testosterone
High liver enzymes (I’m sure from fatty liver which is probably helping with the high glucose too)
PSA normal

Gonna have to make some changes

Just think how much worse it would be if you liked mayo like some of these other cretins here.

Let’s make some lifestyle changes together in 2025.

The biggest surprise was the glucose/A1C/triglycerides.

Ditch beer, no more soy or soybean oil, 20-30 mins a day outside, and go to bed at 10pm. Simple and life changing
