I've been experiencing this weird tech disconnect lately.

That is weird. You keep hearing about how tech savvy zoomers are. Is it possible you're dealing with someone who isn't used to Windows or MacOS?

I've never owned a Mac so they feel horrible to navigate for me. Familiarity/skill issue.
